FEEDING DIRECTIONS:
Southern Strutter Elite Horse Feed is designed to be fed to horses along with quality hay or pasture. Feed Southern Strutter Elite in the amount necessary to support the desired growth rate and body condition. Use 6 to 8 lbs of Southern Strutter Elite per day as a starting guideline and then adjust the amount fed as necessary to meet the needs of the horse. Always feed a minimum of 10 to 12 lbs of good quality hay and (or) pasture which should make up at least half of the complete diet along with free access to salt and water.

GENERAL FEEDING GUIDELINES:
Change to this feed from other equine products gradually over a 5 to 7 day period.

Do not overfeed or offer this product on a free choice basis.

Divide the grain ration into 2 or more feedings per day. Do not feed more then 0.5% of the horse’s body weight in grain at any one time.

Maintain a regular feeding schedule.

Provide fresh, clean water, plain salt, and adequate forage at all time. Do not allow hot, exercised horses free access to water until they have cooled-out.

CAUTION: This product contains supplemental selenium. Do not this product at levels greater than recommended, nor in combination with other products containing supplemental selenium if the selenium concentration of the complete diet will exceed 0.30 PPM.

REMINDER: Feed is perishable. Store this product in a cool, dry area away from insects and rodents.

WARNING: Do not feed any product that is spoiled, moldy, rodent or insect-infested, or abnormal in appearance or odor, as it may cause illness or death.
