All products are returnable within 15 working days of receiving product. All returns require approval by first calling 256-582-5646 and speaking to a sales representative to receive a return authorization number (RA) to display on the return packaging. Products being returned with no RA number will not be credited back to your credit card and/or account and will not be monitored as to it’s disposal since no tracking number was displayed. All manufacturer’s warranties apply and any manufacturer’s defective product should be shipped directly back to the manufacturer for replacement or repair. All return costs will be bore by the purchaser.
